Making the Best Better
Dallas, Texas - September 9, 2008 - The management and staff of Liquidity International,
Inc., and Trilogy Essentials, Inc., are delighted to announce the October
1, 2008, merging of the Liquidity distributor organization into Trilogy
Essentials, Inc. Diane McKnight, former President of
Liquidity, will become the new President of Trilogy Essentials and Marsha
McNair will serve as the new Chief Executive Officer.
The preview announcement was enthusiastically received by
more than 50 Liquidity and Trilogy field sales force leaders at a special
2-day conference in Dallas, TX, September 5-6, at the DFW Hyatt Regency
hotel. This combination of sales organizations will elevate the
product lines, compensation plan, business support tools, and home office
support teams to the next generation of excellence in the realm of network
marketing companies.

Next Generation Products
The Liquidity philosophy has always been to "Make the
Best Better, and the marriage with Trilogy's focus on "Evidence
Based Nutritionals" continues to fulfill that commitment. The
"best" becomes "better" with incorporation of
next-generation Trilogy products, the lucrative Trilogy "Single
Center Income Generator" compensation plan, and the soon-to-be
released Trilogy Business Kit and Sponsoring System.
And the merger more than doubles the companies' scientific research and
development resources as Liquidity's research and development of Aloe
Vera (including the patented vitto-mannan™, which already is in use by
Trilogy under the trade name Accelamin™) integrates with Trilogy's
groundbreaking research and development of patent pending OBEE™ (oak bark
essentials extract).

Next Generation Compensation
Beginning October 6, 2008, Liquidity distributors will
merge into Trilogy's sales organization and begin enjoying the benefits
of the lucrative Trilogy Single Center Income Generator™ (SCIG)
compensation plan. Every Liquidity and Trilogy Sales Leader
who has taken a look at this compensation system has had the same
reaction: "WOW! Why didn't someone think of this
before?" Not only does SCIG pay 100% BV on all Trilogy
products, but it pays commissions weekly! All you have to do
is work at familiarizing yourself with the Trilogy products and becoming
a "Product of the Trilogy Products." You build two teams,
left and right, and teach those teams how to do the same

An entirely new generation of software support tools will
launch on October 6th that will enhance your front office website,
dynamically improve your back office business management, and provide you
a fully customizable replicated website suite of products that are the
most robust and flexible available anywhere in the direct selling
industry. You'll send prospective customers and IBOs (Independent
Business Owners) to your website where the system will send automatic
follow-up e-mails to encourage prospects to become your Preferred
Customers or an IBOs. It's the closest thing to automated business
building ever introduced to network marketing!

Next Generation Home Office Support
The home office support team has been expanded to upgrade
our ability to provide the vision and service levels never before offered
in either company. As President, Diane McKnight will focus on the
continued development of our sales and sponsoring. CEO Marsha
McNair will focus on our operational infrastructure to assure superior
product delivery and commission payments. Blair Stephenson is the new COO
of Trilogy. More details about these and other officers will
be coming in the near future. Just like Diane McKnight, each of them has
"walked the walk" and is obsessively focused on quality
products for our customers and superior compensation for our IBOs.
